About us
Supernature is an independent music company from South London, providing bespoke management and development services centred on artists’ creative freedom, autonomy and long-term independence. Since 2017, we’ve partnered with AJ Tracey, Conducta & Kiwi Rekords, Eartheater, gyrofield, Kiss Facility, NOTION, Rainy Miller & Fixed Abode, Sammy Virji, Sega Bodega, Shygirl, World Music and many more. We’re founded on the belief that the music industry can do better by artists – and we’re committed to building something better.
The role
We are looking for an experienced Day-to-Day Artist Manager to join the team in our South London office. Working closely with the CEO, you will take operational ownership of assigned artists – ensuring strategy is translated into effective execution and the artist’s world runs smoothly. You will act as the central hub for the artist’s career: coordinating partners, managing priorities, driving projects and maintaining momentum across records, touring, marketing and commercial activity.
The ideal candidate is high-agency, detail-obsessed and exceptionally reliable – able to respond quickly to new developments while maintaining clarity, organisation and momentum across weeks and months of activity. This is an in-person role based in our South London office, with core working hours and regular in-field work, including evenings and weekends when required.
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of the artist’s day-to-day business, ensuring priorities are clear, momentum is maintained and nothing slips.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the artist, partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
- Serve as the main day-to-day decision maker, exercising strong judgement within agreed strategy, escalating where appropriate.
- Coordinate and manage the wider team around the artist, leading team meetings, ensuring alignment and follow-through.
- Lead delivery of artist projects, maintaining clear oversight of timelines, budgets, deliverables and key information.
- Oversee artist schedules, ensuring diaries are accurate, conflicts are avoided and activity is properly planned.
- Manage logistics including travel, visas, itineraries, advancing and scheduling for shows, sessions and promo activity.
- Travel with artists where necessary to support key live events, promotional commitments and business activity.
- Maintain internal systems so that all activity, deliverables and key information remain visible across teams.
- Ensure core materials and assets are maintained, including website, press kits, live listings and social media profiles.
About you
- 5+ years’ experience directly managing established artists or equivalent high-level experience within artist teams.
- Strong understanding of the music industry across recordings, live, publishing, partnerships, marketing and audience development.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.
- High agency and ownership mindset – you take responsibility for outcomes and do not wait for instruction.
- Able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while remaining calm and collected under pressure.
- Confident decision-maker with good judgement and a strong sense of when to escalate.
- Clear, concise communicator, able to align stakeholders effectively.
- Strong relationship-builder, able to earn trust with artists, teams and industry partners.
- Comfortable handling high-profile individuals with discretion, maturity and professionalism.
- Flexible and responsive to artist needs outside traditional working hours – this is a core part of the role.
