As Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will own and evolve the company's product narrative, competitive positioning, category strategy, and go-to-market orchestration across all product lines.
About the Role
This is not a traditional PMM leadership role. You will design and lead an AI-native product marketing function where agents and real-time signals handle synthesis, distribution, and adaptation — and humans retain ownership of judgment, positioning, and category narrative. You will architect the strategic spine, the agent workflows, and the governance model that makes this work. This role is ideal for a senior PMM leader who has moved beyond using AI as a productivity tool and is ready to redesign how product marketing operates — replacing periodic, manual processes with continuous intelligence systems while maintaining the strategic craft that defines great PMM.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead an AI-native Product Marketing function by architecting the strategic spine, agent workflows, and governance model.
- Own and refine the core product story, value propositions, and messaging framework across all segments and regions.
- Design agent-assisted workflows to continuously test and adapt messaging across channels and personas.
- Lead Strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) orchestration, architecting GTM playbooks and designing the always-on GTM infrastructure.
- Build agent-driven launch orchestration workflows that coordinate cross-functional dependencies.
- Partner on GTM motions to support both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG).
- Serve as a key collaborator in Pricing, Packaging & Monetisation decisions.
- Establish an always-on Customer, Competitive & Market Intelligence system.
- Design and maintain dynamic, agent-generated enablement assets.
- Equip Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate technical capabilities into buyer value.
- Lead, coach, and develop the PMM team, designing the human + agent operating model.
- Define PMM career paths and institutionalize processes that reflect the AI-native model.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles within B2B SaaS.
- 8+ years leading PMM teams, ideally in high-growth or scale-up environments.
- Proven success launching technical SaaS products and driving multi-segment GTM strategies.
- Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply and clearly.
- Deep understanding of SaaS monetisation, pricing, and packaging.
- Experience partnering with executive teams to influence product direction and revenue strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated experience designing workflows where AI/agents handle execution within human-defined strategic frameworks.
- A clear point of view on what PMM humans should own vs. what agents should operate.
- Experience with adtech/martech, data, analytics, cloud platforms, BI tools, ETL/ELT, or data warehousing.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with the workflows of Marketing Ops, Data Engineers, Analysts, and Growth teams.
- Experience building or operating agent-driven workflows for competitive intelligence, content generation, or GTM orchestration.
- Familiarity with AI agent platforms, prompt engineering principles, or workflow automation tools.
