    • Build a scalable messaging architecture and our product storytelling framework.

    • Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and RevOps on monetisation strategy.
    • Contribute market context: competitive benchmarks, buyer willingness‐to‐pay signals, and segment elasticity to the pricing model.
    • Ensure that our pricing articulation aligns with customer value perception.
  • Customer, Competitive & Market Intelligence
    • Operationalise competitive insights into battlecards, win/loss patterns, and objection‐handling tools that enable Sales, CS, and Product to win and retain deals.
    • Maintain up‐to‐date market landscapes and segment‐level trend analysis to inform product positioning and strategic GTM decisions.
    • Partner with Customer Success and Product to synthesize Voice‐of‐Customer insights, ensuring key buyer and user feedback loops are incorporated into messaging, persona definition, and roadmap conversations.
  • Sales, Marketing & Customer Success Enablement
    • Build and evolve enablement assets: decks, product sheets, objection‐handling docs, internal FAQs.
    • Partner with Sales Enablement and Customer Success to drive adoption and revenue retention.
    • Equip and support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate technical product capabilities into buyer value.
    • Collaborate with Customer Marketing to identify and amplify customer stories, case studies, and reference programs.
  • PMM Team & Function Leadership
    • Lead, coach, and manage a high‐performing Product Marketing team, identifying development and growth areas and career paths.
    • Institutionalise PMM processes and rituals across the org.

  • Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply and clearly.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS monetisation, pricing, and packaging.
