Supermetrics is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to turn our event strategy into pipeline across EMEA. You’ll own the campaigns behind our events and virtual Programs, using AI to build faster so you can spend more time where people make the difference. You’ll run projects end to end with minimal supervision and report to the Senior Field Marketing Manager, EMEA. This role is hybrid in Dublin and Amsterdam, and fully remote if you’re in the UK.
In this role, you will deliver qualified leads and pipeline from our regional events and field activations, be the face of Supermetrics at flagship shows across EMEA, and take each campaign from build through to ROI review.
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include:
- Running booth flow and handling vendor, staffing, partner and sponsor logistics on-site, and acting as the first escalation point.
- Leading our bi-weekly Virtual Hands-On Lab (VHOL) series, from registration and reminders to attendance and follow-up, and adjusting when numbers are off-plan.
- Partnering with Product Marketing and Sales Engineering on speaker readiness and technical audience engagement.
- Owning event campaign builds in HubSpot and coordinating setup across Jira/DESIGNOPS and Sanity with Marketing Ops.
- Using Claude to speed up builds, lead prep and reporting, and automating repeatable work.
- Diagnosing attribution gaps and lead-routing issues with Marketing Ops and RevOps.
- Evaluating event ROI using procurement and performance data, deciding what to repeat, cut or scale, and presenting findings in monthly performance reviews.
- Managing the field calendar for your EMEA markets within budget, and sharing best practice with newer team members.
This position is for you if you have:
- 5+ years in B2B event marketing, field marketing or campaign management, with a track record of managing live, in-person events.
- Clear ownership and structured execution, with lead quality and pipeline as your measure of success.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot and UTM tracking, with high standards for QA and reporting.
- The ability to make calm, sound real-time decisions with incomplete information.
- AI in your daily work through repeatable habits.
- A proactive approach to partnering across teams and regional Sales.
- Travel is a core part of this role: you're energised by frequent travel across EMEA for major events.
Nice to have: some experience with Jira/Confluence and CMS tools such as Sanity.
Benefits we offer:
- Competitive compensation package, including equity.
- Great work equipment, and home office allowance for those working in our fully remote locations.
- Health care benefit and leisure time insurance.
- Annual 1000 euros of personal learning budget.
- Sports and wellbeing allowance.
