Help craft the online experience for top-tier B2B SaaS companies — and set a higher standard for modern marketing websites. Our website is our most important marketing asset — where pipeline starts, brand is formed, and every campaign dollar lands. We need a Principal-level architect who sets our technical direction rather than taking tickets: an elite engineering mind who understands that code is a lever for revenue.

You’ll work on a stack built on Astro.js, TypeScript, and Sanity, integrated with HubSpot, GTM, Google Analytics, Intercom, and Zendesk. In this role, you will…

  • Own the systems architecture for our marketing website — authoritative decisions on platform, stack, infrastructure, and performance, with daily hands-on work in the codebase.
  • Design the technical foundation for experimentation at scale: A/B testing frameworks, personalisation middleware, and rapid iteration pipelines.
  • Architect the Sanity content infrastructure for a “Create Once, Publish Everywhere” workflow, including content models, reusable blocks, and ingestion pipelines.
  • Own the website data layer, event architecture, and tracking standards; monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals, uptime, and technical SEO/AI visibility continuously.
  • Prototype and deploy AI-driven features — personalisation, dynamic content, intelligent search — with AI tooling as a default part of your workflow.
  • Provide technical oversight of external agencies and contractors: enforcing PR standards, CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring output meets our architectural bar.
  • Bring data-backed recommendations to senior stakeholders, mentor colleagues, and raise the bar for web engineering across the organization.

This position is for you if you have…

  • 12+ years of web development experience, with at least 5 years at senior or principal level in B2B SaaS.
  • Practical Astro.js and Sanity experience; Next.js/TypeScript backgrounds considered with strong Sanity proficiency.
  • A track record of guiding major web projects end-to-end — architecture through launch — with rigorous engineering workflows: version control, PR reviews, deployment pipelines, and incident management.
  • Experience designing experimentation and personalisation platforms: A/B testing systems, dynamic content delivery, and scalable growth architecture.
  • Technical SEO and AI visibility knowledge at the systems level, plus deep analytics and tracking experience across GTM, event architecture, and platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, and Segment.
  • Daily use of AI development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) and a track record of shipping AI-driven site features.
  • The ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits we offer…

  • Competitive compensation package, including equity.
  • Great work equipment and home office allowance for remote locations.
  • Health care benefit and leisure time insurance.
  • €1,000 annual personal learning budget.
  • Sports and wellbeing allowance.
