Having successfully developed a prototype and secured substantial grant funding and investment, the company is now entering a critical growth phase. The Role
As the UI/UX Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and shaping exceptional user experiences across the company's AR-driven platforms. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to create intuitive, engaging interfaces that help improve safety and efficiency in complex industrial environments.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading UI/UX design for mobile and AR applications from concept through to implementation.
- Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs.
- Advocating for user-centred design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

The Person
We are looking for a creative and technically proficient designer with a passion for innovation and a drive to make a real-world impact. You will likely have:

- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Familiarity with AR/VR platforms and mobile-first design principles is highly desirable.
- A solid understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
