The BAFTA-winning Until Dawn, the cinematic masterclass of The Dark Pictures Anthology, the multi-award winning The Quarry, the action-packed rollercoaster horror VR titles Switchback VR and Rush of Blood to the world of Little Nightmares, and many more!
We’re now looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to guide and support our QA team. This is a fixed term contract until June 2026 (we therefore cannot offer sponsorship for this vacancy).
The main responsibilities will be:
- Leading a QA team across assigned project areas.
- Defining test strategies, plans and priorities.
- Ensuring bugs are triaged effectively and communicated clearly.
- Mentoring testers and supporting their career growth.
- Collaborating with production, design and engineering leadership.
Requirements experience and skills that would best suit this position:
- Previous experience in a senior QA or lead role.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and game development workflows.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage risk, prioritise workload and communicate effectively.
- Experience with Jira or test‑management software.
