- Edit in Premiere Pro or Da Vinci Resolve and design motion graphics in After Effects.
- Find and build narrative from interviews and documentary material.
- Deliver social-first edits (16:9, 1:1, 9:16) with strong sound and grade.
- Collaborate closely with clients and our creative team to bring ideas to life.
- Travel globally for shoots, sometimes on weekends (with TOIL or overtime pay).
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in branded content, ideally with automotive or motorsport.
- Proven ability to shoot and edit to a high commercial standard.
- Confident storyteller – able to find emotion and structure in real stories.
- Fast, efficient editor who thrives under pressure.
- Up to date with social trends and best practices for online video.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Full UK driving licence & valid passport.
- Bonus: Drone ops, FPV, colour grading, basic 3D or Unreal, stills photography.
What We Offer
- £35–40k per year (depending on experience)
