The Role

We’re looking for a multi-skilled filmmaker who loves to shoot, edit, and design motion. You’ll be part of a small, passionate team working on fast-paced, story-driven projects, from social content to branded documentaries, often in the world of motorsport.

This isn’t a remote role. You’ll work from our Brighton studio when not filming, and travel internationally for shoots (around 12 weeks per year).

What You’ll Do

  • Create films from concept to delivery: ideation, filming, editing, and motion design.
  • Shoot high-end automotive and sports content with flair and precision.
  • Edit in Premiere Pro or Da Vinci Resolve and design motion graphics in After Effects.
  • Find and build narrative from interviews and documentary material.
  • Deliver social-first edits (16:9, 1:1, 9:16) with strong sound and grade.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and our creative team to bring ideas to life.
  • Travel globally for shoots, sometimes on weekends (with TOIL or overtime pay).

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in branded content, ideally with automotive or motorsport.
  • Proven ability to shoot and edit to a high commercial standard.
  • Confident storyteller – able to find emotion and structure in real stories.
  • Fast, efficient editor who thrives under pressure.
  • Up to date with social trends and best practices for online video.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Full UK driving licence & valid passport.
  • Bonus: Drone ops, FPV, colour grading, basic 3D or Unreal, stills photography.

What We Offer

  • £35–40k per year (depending on experience)
  • Global travel opportunities (minimum 12 weeks per year)
  • Opportunity to grow with one of the UK’s most exciting sports content agencies
  • Creative freedom and collaboration within a small, ambitious team
  • Pension, overtime/TOIL policy, learning and development budget
