At Superior Wellness, we're one of the world's fastest-growing manufacturers of premium hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and wellness products. As we continue to expand globally, we're looking for an experienced Head of Product Development to lead innovation and shape the future of our product portfolio.
Reporting to the COO, you'll lead our Product Development and Engineering function, taking ownership of the full product lifecycle—from concept and design through to engineering, compliance, manufacture and commercial launch.
- Lead Product Development, Engineering and Innovation across the business.
- Own the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process.
- Design market-leading consumer products using SolidWorks.
- Drive product innovation, quality, value engineering and cost optimisation.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Quality to deliver successful product launches.
Significant experience leading Product Development, Engineering or R&D within a manufacturing environment.
Strong SolidWorks experience (essential).
A proven track record of taking products from concept through to commercial launch.
Strong knowledge of global product compliance and regulatory requirements.
Commercial awareness and the ability to balance innovation, quality, compliance and cost.
Performance-related company bonus.

SolidWorks experience is essential. The successful candidate will be required to work full-time on-site during the initial onboarding period before moving to a hybrid arrangement.
