About Superior Wellness

Superior Wellness is the world’s fastest-growing manufacturer and distributor of premium hot tubs, swim spas, Chill Tubs, saunas, and wellness products. We lead the market through a commitment to innovation, quality, and a customer-first mindset. As an international business importing from multiple countries, we offer a global range of high-quality products to both trade and retail customers. Our focus is simple — improving health and wellbeing through exceptional products and service. We’re passionate about helping our partners and our people grow, driven by our vision to become the world market leader in wellness products and deliver a best-in‑class customer experience.

The Role

We are looking for a UK Logistics & Transport Coordinator to join our growing logistics team, playing a key role in keeping our UK deliveries running like clockwork. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, people‑first environment and wants to make a real impact in a scaling business. You’ll work closely with drivers, UK partners, and our retail network, and be responsible for taking ownership of everything that keeps our partner fulfilment moving — from scheduling and route planning through to fleet management. We’re a fast‑paced, growing business, so this role suits someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange all UK deliveries and collections for in‑stock orders across our partner and retail network.
  • Communicate with UK partners and retail customers to confirm order readiness and plan efficient dispatch.
  • Manage all retail bookings, aligning them with stock and driver availability.
  • Plan and continuously optimise driver routes, adapting quickly to changes or unexpected disruptions.
  • Build and maintain the driver rota, ensuring full coverage and keeping drivers informed of daily schedules.
  • Act as the go‑to point of contact for all day‑to‑day logistics matters.
  • Oversee the condition and roadworthiness of all company vehicles, coordinating regular checks in line with legal requirements.
  • Arrange services, MOTs, and repairs promptly to minimise downtime, and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date fleet records.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in logistics, transport coordination, or a similar operations role.
  • A solid understanding of UK postcodes with confident route planning skills.
  • Experience managing driver schedules and fleet or vehicle administration.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable dealing with drivers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Calm under pressure, able to problem‑solve and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with transport management or logistics software.
  • Working knowledge of transport compliance and driver regulations.

We’re looking for someone who is hands‑on, reliable, and takes ownership of their work.

Our Values

We are a values‑driven business built on Discipline, Responsibility, Consistency, Trust, Integrity and Team. We look for people who take ownership, support their colleagues, and strive to improve every day. These values help us maintain the high standards of quality, service, and customer experience that our customers expect.

Why Join Superior Wellness

We don’t just talk about wellness — we live it. At Superior Wellness, you’ll be part of a fast‑growing, international business where people are trusted to take ownership, make decisions, and genuinely impact how we grow. We’re building something ambitious, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of that journey. You’ll be joining a team that is supportive, hard‑working, and focused on getting better every day. It’s a hands‑on environment where ideas are welcomed, and people are encouraged to take responsibility and make things happen.

In addition to your salary, we offer:

  • 31 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
  • Additional annual leave with length of service (up to 5 extra days)

We also focus heavily on wellbeing and creating an environment where you can perform at your best:

  • Fully equipped onsite gym
  • Weekly fitness classes
  • Fresh fruit and breakfast options available daily

Plus:

  • Onsite parking (where applicable)
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment
  • The opportunity to grow within a fast‑paced, international business
