We are looking for a Technical Support & Planning Coordinator to join our growing After Sales and Technical team, playing a key role in resolving technical queries and keeping our technician and service schedule running smoothly. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced, operational environment and wants to make a real impact in a scaling business.
You’ll work closely with our technicians, after sales advisors, and logistics teams, and be responsible for combining technical problem-solving with the planning and scheduling that keeps customer service on track. We’re a fast-paced, growing business, so this role suits someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and technicians, diagnosing product and installation issues (electrical and plumbing related)
- Plan and coordinate technician visits, service jobs, and workloads to meet customer and business priorities
- Manage the scheduling of spare parts, repairs, and follow-up work to ensure timely resolution
- Act as the link between customers, technicians, and internal teams to keep everyone updated
- Maintain accurate records of technical cases, planning schedules, and job outcomes
- Identify recurring technical issues and feed back to help improve products and processes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role
- A technical background, ideally in plumbing or electrics
- Previous customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Experience in a product-based, manufacturing, or field service environment
- Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or job management systems
