What You’ll Be Doing
- Working on our bespoke business management software alongside the CTO, Lead Software Engineer, and wider development team
- Maintaining, extending, and improving an established Laravel codebase
- Refactoring and modernising areas of the system where it delivers clear business value
- Building new features to support warehouse, operational, and finance processes
- Collaborating closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements
- Contributing to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Solid fundamentals in software development
- Experience in working with existing codebases
- A pragmatic, patient, and positive approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to learn the system deeply and take ownership of your work
- Comfortable asking questions and working collaboratively
