Are you looking for a role where you can put into practice your vast experience in Street Works? Superior Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Street Works Trainer to join one of their major clients on a full-time basis. Based ideally in Teesside or York, the role will involve working nationally across their sites with national travel and overnight stays. Our client is the UK's leading accredited provider of Compliance, Technical, and Safety training, supporting over 7,000 firms with their training needs and clients which include some of the UK's largest and best-known organisations from the Utilities and Construction, Defence, Healthcare, Facilities Management, and Telecommunication sectors.
The Role: You will be delivering training and assessments from eight to twelve adult learners for the product area during each training course, whilst supporting delegates to achieve desired learning and development outcomes. Performing practical exercises as well as classroom-based learning. You will also work closely with the Operational Training Manager to maintain and develop our products, keeping them up to date.
What we’re looking for:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience of HAUK processes and procedures.
- Experience of working in Highways.
- Experience of using Highways equipment.
- NRSWA Reinstatement in the Highways ticket for Supervisors and Operatives.
- NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety is desirable.
- Experience of Sthil Saws.
- Level 3 Assessor Qualification (TAQA, A1 or equivalent) is desirable.
- Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET or equivalent) is desirable.
