We\'re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing recruitment agency. You\'ll play a key role in building brand visibility, attracting clients and candidates, and driving engagement across digital and traditional channels. Your successful marketing campaigns will drive potential clientele and companies to our business. Responsibilities
- Content & Campaigns
- Plan, create, and publish marketing content across channels (social media, email, websites).
- Support lead-generation campaigns aimed at attracting both new clients and candidates.
- Create sales-driven automated email campaigns to potential decision makers about our services.
- Setup and manage Podcast channels for the business
- Organise and manage external events that will help expose and elevate our brand and business. Events such as HR huddles with guest speakers
- Organise online webinars and approaching “potential” clients to be speakers or experts on relevant topics that will help raise the profile of the business
- Assist in developing marketing collateral such as case studies, brochures, and presentations for sales teams.
- Social Media & Branding
- Manage and grow the company\'s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Develop engaging posts showcasing client success stories, placement wins, and industry insights.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline materials.
- Maintain and update company website content (blogs, landing pages, team bios, etc.).
