The successful applicant will be leading and developing a high performing team to deliver sales and EBITSA performances of the defined sector, working collaboratively across the business to ensure sector strategy performance is realised. Key Responsibilities: – Accountable for sales and EBITDA performance of the defined sector. – Accountable for the delivery of the new business target of your sector and the pipeline development to enable future growth. – Develop and drive the sector sales strategy in collaboration with marketing, across all sales channels and all customer sizes. Required Knowledge and Experience: – Proven track record of successful management of sales and EBITDA delivery within a sales environment – Excellent understanding of the marketing, competition and customers in a given sector – Proven track record of developing high performing sales teams
