Superior Healthcare is looking for an experienced Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a 14‑year‑old boy in Whitstable who has long term clinical needs.

About the Role

You will support a young client who lives with his parents and sibling, attends school, and enjoys reading and playing games. Your role is to help him live a fulfilled, safe and comfortable life while managing his complex care needs.

Clinical Skills Required

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Suctioning
  • PEG feeding
  • Medication administration
  • Moving & handling
  • Personal care

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 6 months’ experience in a care role
  • Someone confident, uses good initiative and communicates clearly
  • Ideally a driver
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional person‑centred care

Shifts Available – Nights, 9pm-7am Wednesday and Thursday

Pay: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • To support clients with personal care and administer medication.
  • To provide complex care interventions such as Suctioning, PEG and JEJ Feeding.
  • To support clients with moving and handling.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months UK care experience.
  • Valid UK driving License and access to a car for work.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
  • Full UK right to work.
  • Experience working with paediatrics.
