About the Role

Superior Healthcare is recruiting Live-in Healthcare Support Workers to support a young gentleman with an acquired brain injury in his own home in Hedge End. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to enable the client to live as independently, safely, and fulfilled as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day personal and practical support within the home
  • Promoting independence, confidence, and social engagement
  • Supporting routines and activities tailored to the client's needs
  • Building a positive and consistent working relationship

Shift Pattern

Live-in role 1 week on / 1 week off or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, depending on your preference.

Pay & Benefits

£1,400 per week. Competitive live-in rate with excellent continuity of care.

Requirements

  • Driver essential
  • Willingness to travel to Sussex for training
  • Previous experience in a care/support role preferred
  • Experience supporting individuals with brain injury advantageous

Checks Required

  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Three years' continuous referencing
