About the Role
Superior Healthcare is recruiting Live-in Healthcare Support Workers to support a young gentleman with an acquired brain injury in his own home in Hedge End. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to enable the client to live as independently, safely, and fulfilled as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day personal and practical support within the home
- Promoting independence, confidence, and social engagement
- Supporting routines and activities tailored to the client's needs
- Building a positive and consistent working relationship
Shift Pattern
Live-in role 1 week on / 1 week off or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, depending on your preference.
Pay & Benefits
£1,400 per week. Competitive live-in rate with excellent continuity of care.
Requirements
- Driver essential
- Willingness to travel to Sussex for training
- Previous experience in a care/support role preferred
- Experience supporting individuals with brain injury advantageous
Checks Required
- Enhanced DBS check
- Three years' continuous referencing
