Are you an experienced Children's Complex Care Support Worker looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day? At Superior Healthcare, we're growing our specialist paediatric team and are looking for compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Support Workers to support our 4-year-old Client in Hertfordshire.

The Role

As a Children's Complex Support Worker, you'll provide specialist one-to-one support to children with complex healthcare needs, building meaningful relationships with both your client and their family. This is an opportunity to deliver truly personalised care while working as part of a supportive and experienced clinical team.

Location: Hertfordshire

Shift Pattern: 12 hour day shifts

What We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting children, preferably with complex healthcare needs
  • Confidence with PEG and/or Mickey Button feeding
  • Medication administration
  • Delivering complex care within the community setting (preferred)

Most importantly, you'll bring a caring, professional approach and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.
