We are urgently seeking support workers, carers and healthcare assistants in St Margaret’s Bay, Dover to cover regular day or night shifts. Superior Healthcare provides round-the-clock care packages to support people including children, young people and adults living with long-term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own home. Please note you will be supporting one client for the duration of the shift.
As a care assistant, you will join our complex care team and work long-term with one or a small number of clients. We require that every member of our team can commit to 2x shifts every week, so you will be expected to work regularly with other clients in the area. We are currently recruiting for clients in Deal, Dover, St Margaret’s Bay.

Support Worker Requirements:
- Previous care experience involving personal care

Requirements:
- Hands on experience with tracheostomy and ventilation
- Exposure, for example working 2-1 with a nurse with tracheostomies will be considered
- Over 6 months of complex care experience in a paid setting
- Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
- Full right to work with no restrictions
