Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker in Battle!
We are currently seeking Support Workers with experience in complex care to work with our young client overnight in their family home in Battle.
As a wake-night Support Worker, you will assist with the client’s bedtime routine, ensure their comfort, and provide any required clinical interventions overnight, including the use of PEG and CPAP equipment.
Shift Pattern:
We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.
- Type: Waking Nights
- Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday, 21:00 – 7:00
Additional shifts are available in the local area for those with flexible availability and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities
- Closely observe and monitor the client for any clinical interventions required.
- Be fun, friendly, and engaging with the client regarding their interests and hobbies.
- Advocate for the client, working in their best interest and following Superior Healthcare\’s policies and procedures.
- Show dignity and respect when providing personal care.
- Follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure person-centred care.
Requirements
- At least 6 months paid UK-based care experience.
- Previous experience working as a Support Worker with complex care clients.
- A full UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
- Confidence working with children, with the ability to make shifts fun and engaging.
- Experience working wake night shifts.
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Blue light card – we’ll pay for it.
