We are currently recruiting experienced Complex Healthcare Assistants in Tunbridge Wells to join our Complex Care team. Superior Healthcare provides round-the-clock care packages to support people living with long-term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you will work long-term with one or a small number of clients. You will benefit from a fixed rota with the option of overtime. We are ideally looking for carers, support workers, and healthcare assistants who are keen to work full-time hours; however, part-time roles are offered.

How we’ll support you:

  • Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom-based training when you join us and paid induction shifts.
  • Ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.
  • If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training.
