Healthcare Support Worker - Live In (Complex Care) Employer: Superior Healthcare Location: Denmead About the Role Superior Healthcare is recruiting Healthcare Support Workers supporting a lady with bariatric care needs and a spinal injury, in her own home in Denmead. The client also has neurological bowel needs and requires a hoist for all transfers and safe repositioning. She is very independent and values care that protects her dignity, choice, and control. This role is ideal for carers who are confident, respectful, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Key Responsibilities Personal care delivered safely and with dignity Hoisting and safe repositioning Supporting neurological bowel management (training provided) Promoting independence and choice Supporting safe access to the kitchen Enabling involvement in meal preparation where appropriate Maintaining a professional and consistent approach to care Shift Options One week on one week off Pay Rates Β£1400 per week Requirements Driver essential Previous care or support work experience preferred Experience with bariatric care, spinal injury, or complex needs advantageous Confident using hoisting equipment (training provided) Calm, reliable, and person-centred approach Checks Required Enhanced DBS check Three years' continuous referencing What We Offer Paid induction and ongoing clinical training Opportunity to work towards an NVQ/Diploma Holiday pay and pension Blue Light Card (funded) Employee Assistance Programme Menopause support Referral rewards Ongoing support from nurses and dedicated supervisors Interested?
