We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Children's Nurse (RCN) to join our specialist complex care team, supporting a young client within their family home in Oxfordshire.
This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in a one-to-one setting, helping to promote independence, wellbeing, and the best possible quality of life.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of a dedicated care team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering safe and effective nursing care tailored to the child's individual needs
  • Administering medication in accordance with care plans and professional guidelines
  • Assisting with personal care while maintaining dignity and respect at all times
  • Supporting a range of clinical procedures and interventions as required
  • Working collaboratively with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding care delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Registered Children's Nurse (RCN) qualification
  • A caring, professional, and reliable approach
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience within complex care is desirable but not essential
