You will be providing person-centred support to a young adult with:
Severe epilepsy Communication difficulties Learning disabilities Your duties will include:
Supporting with nutrition and feeding, including occasional PEG feeding Personal care and dressing Mobility support Medication administration Promoting meaningful activities and rehabilitation Providing emotional support and encouraging independence wherever possible Requirements:
Previous healthcare/support work experience within a similar setting Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and epilepsy A clear
Adult and Child DBS
