Superior Healthcare are recruiting a Community Complex Support Worker to support a young male in Tunbridge Wells with complex epilepsy and developmental delay. Our client is non-verbal and requires support with enteral feeding and medication, oral suctioning, hoisting and personal care. Additional needs include motor disorder, reflux and visual impairment. Epilepsy presenting with neonatal seizures, subsequently with episodes of tonic seizures and clusters of myoclonic jerks. Experience in complex care is essential. We are looking for someone calm, gentle and confident who can provide consistent, reassuring support.
Shifts: Twilight 5:00pm-10:00pm, Day 7:00am-5:00pm, Waking Night 8:00pm-8:00am.
