Supporting an energetic, adventurous 3-year-old. We’re looking for a caring, energetic, and patient person to join our team and support a very special 3-year-old boy in Byfleet. He’s bright, curious, and full of energy – a little Houdini who loves to explore and keeps everyone on their toes. He has Autism, displays some challenging behaviours, and is fed via a PEG tube, but don’t worry – you’ll receive full paid training and ongoing support so you can feel confident in every aspect of his care. What matters most is that you bring energy, empathy, and a good sense of humour. If you can match his enthusiasm and help him stay safe while encouraging his independence and play, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll have a fixed rota for consistency, with opportunities for overtime if you’d like extra hours.
