Superior Healthcare is urgently recruiting experienced Care Assistants in Benenden to join our Complex Care team. We have full-time and part-time hours available, working 12-hour shifts.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll work long-term with one or a few clients, supporting one person per shift. You’ll assist clients with tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, ventilator support, personal care, and daily living tasks. Enjoy a fixed rota, with the option of overtime, and select from:
- Full-time or part-time hours
- Day or night shifts
- Weekend shifts

Responsibilities
- To provide care interventions: PEG feeding, seizure management, Sensory Activities, Moving and handling, Medications
- To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
- To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
- To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centered care is provided.
Requirements
- Experience supporting clients with complex care needs.
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- 6 months care experience within the UK.
- Full right to work.
