As a Senior Complex Care Assistant you\’ll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and and their families, working closely with all clients within the East Kent area.,

  • To provide a high standard of care to our clients each with differing healthcare requirements.
  • To provide care interventions: personal care, medication administration, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, stoma care, and ventilator support.
  • To support new members of staff with shadow shifts and induction
    Experience with tracheostomy, PEG and ventilation care.
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • 12 months UK care experience and full right to work.
  • Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
  • Confident, positive interpersonal skills with leadership abilities.
    Shift Pattern: typically 8 – 12 hour Day shifts or Wake Night shifts
  • Client Focus: One client per shift
  • Rota: Set rota with optional overtime or potential for a rolling rota of 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off
  • All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program. You\’ll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care – preparing you confidently for your first shift.
