About the Role:
As a Senior Complex Carer you'll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and their families, working closely with all clients within the East Kent area.
Location: Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet, Canterbury and surrounding areas
Shift Pattern: typically 10-12 hour Wake and Sleep Night shifts
Client Focus: One client per shift
Rota: Set rota with optional overtime or potential for a rolling rota of 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off
All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program covering standard to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care, preparing you confidently for your first shift.

Responsibilities:
- To provide a high standard of care to our clients each with differing healthcare requirements.
- To provide care interventions: personal care, medication administration, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, stoma care, and ventilator support.
- To support new members of staff with shadow shifts and induction.
Requirements:
- Experience with tracheostomy, PEG and ventilation care.
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- 12 months UK care experience and full right to work.
- Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
- Confident, positive interpersonal skills with leadership abilities.
