We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse in Hastings and surrounding areas to join our dynamic agency team.

About the role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will oversee daily operations in a dynamic setting, leading a team of Healthcare Assistants and ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all residents.

You will provide high-quality, individualised care, ensuring nursing practices meet the highest standards while fostering a compassionate and respectful atmosphere for residents and staff.

This role offers flexibility to work extra hours or part-time hours that fit your lifestyle. There is also potential to transition to full-time in our complex care team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and supervise nursing care.
  • Lead and supervise Care Assistants.
  • Record baseline observations in line with client procedures.
  • Provide hands-on support tailored to residents’ needs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Experienced nurse with skills in medication administration, MAR charts, wound care, and syringe drivers.
  • Valid nursing PIN with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Right to work in the UK without restrictions.
  • Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
  • Blue light card – we’ll pay for it.
