About the role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will take charge of the daily operations in a care home, leading a team of Healthcare Assistants and ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive environment for residents.

You will provide high-quality, individualised care, overseeing nursing practices that meet high standards while fostering a compassionate and respectful atmosphere for residents and staff.

Requirements

  • Experienced nurse with skills in medication administration, MAR charts, wound care, and syringe drivers.
  • Valid nursing PIN with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
  • Previous hospice care experience is preferred.
  • UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
  • Blue light card — paid for by us.
