Community Complex Carer Location: Redhill
Shifts: Night shifts – 20:00 to 07:30
Pay: £18-19 per hour
We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and skilled Community Complex Carer to support our clients with complex medical needs during night shifts in their home. This role is ideal for someone confident with clinical tasks but who also enjoys creating a warm, supportive, and fun environment.

Responsibilities
- To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided
- To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures
- To closely observe and monitor the client and keep thorough documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting complex care clients
- Full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship
- Drivers are not essential, but preferred
