The Role:
As a Rapid Response Support Worker within Superior Healthcare’s Complex Care Team, you will provide support to clients in their own homes, stepping in when their regular care team is unavailable across the Sussex region.
Rapid Response Support Workers work with clients who have a variety of life-limiting conditions, including those present from birth, degenerative conditions, spinal and brain injuries, and those requiring interventions such as Tracheostomy care, Ventilation, PEG and Epilepsy.

- Deliver exceptional person-centered care.

Requirements
- Clean UK driving license.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience in providing support for clients with tracheostomy, ventilators, PEG, and Epilepsy.
