Superior Healthcare is recruiting experienced and dedicated Complex Care Assistants to support an adult client living independently in Tunbridge Wells. The client has a Spinal Cord Injury and requires support with daily routines, clinical tasks and maintaining his home.
About the Role
- Spinal Cord Injury care and autonomic dysreflexia
- Catheter and bowel care
- Personal care
- Moving and positioning
- Medication, nutrition and hydration
- Domestic tasks, morning and evening routines
- Mobilisation exercises
The client lives alone, is house proud, has a pet parrot and tropical fish, and enjoys staying active. He values carers who are clear communicators, good listeners, respectful, and willing to learn.
Shifts
- Nights: Monday to Sunday, 8pm-8am
- Days: Tuesday 8am-2pm; Wednesday 8am-8pm; Friday 8am-8pm (Day staff must be drivers)
Pay Rates
- Days: Mon-Fri: £16.00
- Saturday: £17.00
- Sunday: £19.00
- Nights: Mon-Fri: £17.00
- Saturday: £18.00
- Sunday: £20.00
