We are seeking an empathetic Registered Nurse in Maidstone to provide dedicated, one-on-one care during school hours for a child with complex healthcare needs.

About the Role:
As a Complex Care Registered Nurse, you will offer personalised, high-quality care that allows a child with specialized medical needs to attend school and reach critical milestones. Your responsibilities will include managing a Hickman line, administering medication, and overseeing PEG feeding.
Available Shift Patterns:
- Monday – Fridays 8:30AM – 3PM
- We ask that you commit to at least 2 days per week

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a paediatric client.
- Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
- Provide 1-2-1 support to a child with Complex Care needs.
- Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
- Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Ability to fit seamlessly into the school setting.
- Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
- Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
- Valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
- Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
