Work across our East-Kent Hub, covering areas including Whitstable, Canterbury, Herne Bay, and Thanet as a Night Senior Complex Carer! Since 2006, we've supported families across the UK with specialist, at-home care for children, young people, and adults living with complex health needs. Now, we're expanding and we'd love to welcome you to our compassionate and committed care community.
About the Role:
- As a Senior Complex Carer you'll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and their families, working closely with all clients within the East Kent area.
- Location: Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet, Canterbury and surrounding areas
- Shift Pattern: typically 10-12 hour Wake and Sleep Night shifts
- Client Focus: One client per shift
- Rota: Set rota with optional overtime or potential for a rolling rota of 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off
All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program covering standard to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care, preparing you confidently for your first shift.
