Oxfordshire Full-Time, Part-Time, Days & Nights Available Make a Real Difference in a Child's Life We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Children's Nurse (RCN) to join our specialist complex care team, supporting a young client within their family home in Oxfordshire. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in a one-to-one setting, helping to promote independence, wellbeing, and the best possible quality of life. What You'll Be Doing As part of a dedicated care team, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe and effective nursing care tailored to the child's individual needs
- Administering medication in accordance with care plans and professional guidelines
- Assisting with personal care while maintaining dignity and respect at all times
- Supporting a range of clinical procedures and interventions as required
- Working collaboratively with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding care delivery
What We're Looking For
- Registered Children's Nurse (RCN) qualification
- A caring, professional, and reliable approach
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience within complex care is desirable but not essential
