As a Support Worker with the Agency, you'll have the chance to work in various care settings, including nursing and residential homes, supported living, and learning disability placements.
Responsibilities:- Support individuals with profound physical disabilities and autism
- Work flexibly as part of a team, adapting to the needs of the service users
- Plan and facilitate activities such as arts and crafts, games, sensory experiences
- Assist with daily living skills, including cooking, shopping, activities, while promoting independence
- A valid driving licence
- Minimum six months care experience in the UK
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with families and colleagues
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 2x12h shifts per week
