Waking Night Complex Care Assistant (Tracheostomy) £15 - £17 per hourSuperior Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Carers, Support Workers, and Complex Care Assistants to support a young lady with a tracheostomy during waking night shifts in Ramsgate.This is a rewarding opportunity to provide specialist one-to-one care, ensuring the client's safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night while supporting her in her own home.Since 2006, we've supported families across the UK with specialist, at-home care for children, young people, and adults living with complex health needs. Now, we're expanding and we'd love to welcome you to our compassionate and committed care community.About the Role: Our client is a young lady who requires overnight support from a confident and attentive care professional. We are looking for someone who can provide high-quality clinical care, remain vigilant throughout the night, and build a positive, trusting relationship with the client and her family. Location : Ramsgate & nearby areasShift Pattern : 12 hour wake night shiftsClient Focus : One client per shiftRota : Set rota with optional overtimeAll new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program . You'll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care - preparing you confidently for your first shift.
