Superior Healthcare is urgently recruiting experienced Care Assistants in Tunbridge Wells to join our Complex Care team. We have part-time hours available, working 5 & 10-hour shifts.

Our goal is simple: we support clients to live life to the full—independently, happily, and safely at home—while providing our care team with fantastic benefits, genuine support, and opportunities to progress.
As a Care Assistant, you’ll work long-term with one or a few clients, supporting one person per shift. You’ll assist clients with:
- tracheostomy care
- PEG feeding
- ventilator support
- personal care
- daily living tasks
Enjoy a fixed rota, with the option of overtime, and select from:
- Full-time or part-time hours
- Day or night shifts
- Weekend shifts

Responsibilities:- This position requires moving and handling with and without hoists.
- To provide care including: personal care, medication support, and moving and positioning.
- To support the client with small domestic house duties.
- To be supportive, calm, and understanding.
- Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle and comfortable driving a mobility van.
- Flexibility of working 12-hour shifts, both days and nights.
- 6 months minimum of UK care experience.
