Superior Healthcare is recruiting for two compassionate and proactive Support Workers/Personal Assistants to support a vibrant young woman living with a brain injury and epilepsy.
We're looking for people who see beyond a diagnosis and are passionate about enabling somebody to lead an active, fulfilling and meaningful life.
This role is not just about providing support.
It's about encouraging independence, developing skills, building confidence and creating opportunities for new experiences.
About the Person
The person you'll be supporting is intelligent, witty, sociable and determined to continue widening her world.
She has a fantastic sense of humour, loves meeting people and enjoys a busy lifestyle filled with activities and adventures.

Supporting an active lifestyle and community participation Accompanying to appointments, activities and social outings Encouraging independence with daily routines and personal goals Supporting skill development and confidence building Helping identify and plan new opportunities, experiences and activities Providing person-centred support that promotes choice and control Supporting with epilepsy management and following care plans Promoting positive wellbeing and quality of life What We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in candidates who have:
Experience as a Support Worker or Personal Assistant A genuine passion for enabling independence Experience supporting individuals with complex needs An understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Experience supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries (desirable) Experience of epilepsy and seizure management (desirable) Excellent communication skills A positive, patient and proactive approach Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people get the most out of life.
