Superior Healthcare is recruiting Complex Healthcare Assistants to support a young client with complex care needs in her family home. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centered care to a client who thrives on engagement, routine, and meaningful interaction. She benefits from carers who are warm, confident, and energetic, and who can build a trusting, supportive relationship. She lives in East Malling with her family (parents and older siblings).

Shift Pattern: Nights Tuesday 19.00pm-06.00am, Wednesday 19.00pm-06.00am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centered care
  • Encouraging and participating in activities such as arts, crafts, and reading
  • Promoting independence, choice, and emotional wellbeing
  • Responding to communication cues and building rapport
