Location: Various roles across Kent, London and the South East.

Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience.

Duration: Full-time and part-time roles available.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional person-centred care.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and company policies.
  • Support clients with personal care and administer medication.
  • Move and handle clients, both with and without hoists.
  • Be supportive, calm, and understanding.

Requirements:

  • Full UK right to work.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • 6 months minimum of UK care experience.
  • Enhanced DBS check and professional references.

  • Providing clinical support, including tracheostomy, PEG, and ventilation management.
  • Assisting with light household duties and preparing meals when required.

As a children's senior complex care assistant on our complex care team, you may work closely with nurses or other children's senior complex care assistants in a small, collaborative team. Our children's senior complex care assistants benefit from a fixed rota with a choice of days and opportunities for overtime.

As a new member of our complex care team, you'll receive excellent training from our clinical educators, both in-person and online – and we'll pay you for those hours, too. Your initial training will be a five-day induction, offering you a chance to enhance and refresh your skills and meet other support workers, children's senior complex care assistants and registered nurses.

If a client's needs require additional skills, such as tracheostomy care, airway management, or enteral feeding, we offer paid specialist training to enhance your skills further. You'll be thoroughly supported after your training, and we'll offer you the chance to enrol in Level 2 to 5 Diplomas in Health and Social Care.
