You'll work closely with clients, families and the wider care team to follow individual care plans, monitor wellbeing and respond appropriately to changes in health or support needs. Depending on the care package, the role may involve a range of clinical interventions and specialist equipment. You'll receive an appropriate induction and any package-specific clinical training required for the role.
