Are you an experienced Children's Complex Care Support Worker looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every night? At Superior Healthcare, we're growing our specialist paediatric team and are looking for compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Senior Carers to support children and young people with complex healthcare needs in their own homes across Kent.

The Role
As a Children's Complex Care Senior Carer, you'll provide specialist one-to-one support to children with complex healthcare needs, building meaningful relationships with both your client and their family. This is an opportunity to deliver truly personalised care while working as part of a supportive and experienced clinical team.
Location: Various community-based paediatric care packages across Kent
Shift Pattern: Typically 8-12 hour waking night shifts
Client Ratio: One client per shift, allowing you to focus on their individual needs.
