About the client: We are seeking a confident and proactive Complex Care Assistant to support a gentleman living with an acquired brain injury in his own home in New Romney. This role is ideal for someone with experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, neuro-rehabilitation, support work, or promoting independence following a neurological injury. You will play a key role in supporting the client's daily routines, mobility goals, and physical rehabilitation programme, helping them maintain and develop their independence wherever possible. Our client enjoys getting out for walks in all weather, has a great sense of humour, and loves watching films and TV, especially Futurama. If you enjoy a laugh, board games, or online gaming, you'll fit right in Location : New Romney Shift Pattern : 8 hour day shifts or 12 hour night shifts Client Focus : One client per shift Rota : Set rota with optional overtime All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program . You'll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care - preparing you confidently for your first shift.
