Superior Healthcare is recruiting experienced and dedicated Complex Care Assistants to support an adult client living independently in Tunbridge Wells. The client has a Spinal Cord Injury and requires support with daily routines, clinical tasks and maintaining his home.

About the Role

  • Spinal Cord Injury care and autonomic dysreflexia
  • Catheter and bowel care
  • Personal care
  • Moving and positioning
  • Medication, nutrition and hydration
  • Domestic tasks, morning and evening routines
  • Mobilisation exercises

The client lives alone, is house proud, has a pet parrot and tropical fish, and enjoys staying active. He values carers who are clear communicators, good listeners, respectful, and willing to learn.

Shifts

  • Nights: Monday to Sunday, 8pm-8am
  • Days: Tuesday 8am-2pm; Wednesday 8am-8pm; Friday 8am-8pm

Day staff must be drivers.

Pay Rates

  • Days: Mon-Fri: £16.00
  • Saturday: £17.00
  • Sunday: £19.00
  • Nights: Mon-Fri: £17.00
  • Saturday: £18.00
  • Sunday: £20.00
