We are recruiting a Community Complex Support Worker to support a young male in Tunbridge Wells with complex epilepsy and developmental delay. Our client is non-verbal and requires support with enteral feeding and medication, oral suctioning, hoisting, and personal care. His needs also include motor disorder, reflux, and visual impairment. The ideal carer will be calm, gentle, and experienced in complex care.

How we'll support you: Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom-based training when you join us and paid induction shifts and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.

Shifts:

  • Twilight 5:00pm-9:00pm (paid for 5 hours)
  • Day 7:00am-5:00pm
  • Waking Night 8:00pm-8:00am

Pay rates £14.00 - £17.00 per hour.
