Superior Healthcare was founded to provide specialized services for people who have complex and long-term health needs as well as a comprehensive healthcare agency providing staffing solutions employing Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses across Kent and Sussex.

As a Support Worker with the Agency, you'll have the chance to work in various care settings, including nursing and residential homes, supported living, and learning disability placements.

Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with profound physical disabilities and autism
  • Work flexibly as a part of a team, adapting to the needs of the service users
  • Plan and facilitate activities such as arts and crafts, games, sensory experiences
  • Assist with daily living skills, including cooking, shopping, activities, while promoting independence
Requirements:
  • A valid driving licence
  • Minimum six months care experience in the UK
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with families and colleagues
  • Ability to commit to minimum 2x12h shifts per week
