Join Superior Healthcare as a Complex Care Assistant in Crawley!
Who are we? Superior Healthcare delivers round-the-clock care to children, young people, and adults with long-term complex health conditions. Our goal is simple: we support clients to live life to the full - independently, happily, and safely at home - while providing our care team with fantastic benefits, genuine support, and opportunities to progress.
As a Care Assistant, you'll work long-term with one or a few clients, supporting one person per shift. You'll assist clients with:
- Seizure management
- PEG feeding
- Personal care
- Moving and handling
- Daily living tasks
Shift Pattern: We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.
Type:
- Days: 08:00 - 20:00
- Waking Nights: 20:00 - 08:00
- Waking Nights: 21:00 - 07:00
Additional shifts are available in the local area for those with flexible availability and a willingness to travel.
